We want you to love your Charming Charlie finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your jewelry, accessories, or apparel into the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all tags are attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
